Litter Pick and Safety Precautions at Beechwood Hall

The Hamsey Parish litter pick will take place this Sunday 4th October, albeit socially distanced and without meeting as a group. Individuals' risk assessments and equipment have been organised in advance and we are happy to report that no further volunteers are required on his occasion. Thank you to all the volunteers who continue to help care for our parish.

Please be rest assured that appropriate safety measures are in place at Beechwood Hall, which is classed as a COVID secure premises owing to steps taken by the management team. Safety control measures have been put in place to keep our village hall as safe as possible, whilst enabling it's use. 
For the forthcoming Wedding Open Day the following measures are in place:
  • Maximum capacity of 22 persons calculated to allow social distancing 
  • A one-way system 
  • Hand sanitiser is available at the entrance and exit points
  • Masks shall be requested to be worn unless by those exempt
  • The NHS Track and Trace QR Code is now live.
  • The visitors entering the hall shall all be socially distanced and limited to a small number at a time.
  • Extra cleaning shall be carried out throughout the day on all surfaces and touch points
  • Those waiting to enter the hall will be invited to view the grounds whilst adhering to social distance guidelines at all times
