Hall Manager required
Hamsey Parish Council as Beechwood Hall sole trustee is recruiting a Hall Manager. This position will start for the reopening this May.
A highly organised, professional, friendly hall manager is required on a contract basis to manage booking enquiries via phone, email and HallMaster online booking system.
Duties will include organising the electronic hall diary, liaising with other contractors and helping to grow the business with support from the Beechwood Hall Working Group and the Sole Trustees. The Hall Manager will be responsible for overseeing health and safety at the hall and park whilst ensuring the best experience for our hirers.
The hall manager will work around 6 hours per week, including weekends. Some enquiries, hall viewings or call outs to the hall may come in unsociable hours.
Excellent organisation skills, good IT skills and flexibility are essential. Any social media, event planning and business development experience will be an advantage.
Salary is £250per month for 6 hrs per week (works out £19,500per annum pro rata).
